What is a Lapwing ?

This is a Red-Wattled Lapwing, a rare visitor to Singapore and makes a loud noise when you encroach to its territory. Taken this morning.

Not exactly sure who you are refering to, could it be the guy with a Nikon 600mm lens, who came later and was behind me.

I know of the e-site which a Lapwing was posted, its in NPS and was posted by me.

As to where its taken, I prefer to leave it as it is.
