Good Try.

I might be wrong, but seems to me that the blur doesn't come from motion blur alone, maybe a bit OOF? Some humble suggestions...maybe you can try cloning away the red spot above the head, and burning away the two audience at the background to make a more impactful shot. You might also want to try very-slightly burn the skirt to bring back some colours..

the focusing is not fast enough, but i guess i want to create the motion blur effect. you are absolutely right about the red dot and audience. thanks....

the focusing and the motion blur are different issues. i think you focused onto the audience behind.

i think your picture is oos and if the spin showed her face it would have been a wonderful one
