    We are HDD of PC & FT are MB add to storage;

    I think it should be even more dangerous than soldiers

    at least soldiers are armoured and armed with weapons....

    Soldier = Metal protect flesh
    War journalist = Flesh protect their metal (camera body, lenses, equipment, etc etc)

    Soldier = shoot bullet
    War journalist = shoot pictures

    Soldier = SBO (i think)
    War journalist = Lowepro

    Soldier = four wheel drive land rovers
    War journalist = microdrive IBM

    It's darn scary to see that pic.
    The camera seems to tell soo much about the situation in Iraq (and the dangerous situation that those journalists are facing)..

    eeks.

    But on a lighter note, do you think that the photographer of this pic would take the camera and use it?

    also the camera has no builid in flash, so it is either 1D or 1Ds.

    i doubt any one will need to shoot war photograph at 11MP and carry lots of 1GB CF with them. so most likely it is a 1D lor

    It's a 1D.

    No war journalist would take a 1Ds to cover the war. For fast action and event, the 1D is really cut out for the task

    Like the DCS 760 (D2000), the 1D is a standard issue for the journalists....

    Hey childrens! Wake up!! It's war there..........who cares what cameras are used there......give me a break.......what kind of banal talk is this all about. No wonder the photography scene here in Singapore is of such low quality if you guys are more interested in these equipment talk.
