haha.. It hasn't happened in a long time.. after I sent in my KM5D to fix the problem sometime last year.. But today as I was shooting my first frame, the camera hanged again. Of course other than some inconvenience, and maybe lost photo opportunities that slips by when your camera has a cold start, theres really no functional problem...So i am not about to send my camera in for servicing..
But just wondering, how many of you have a "relapse" of the error 58 even after you sent in your camera for repair? Does Sony still provide servicing for out-of-warranty cameras affected by the error58 problem? Thanx in advance! |

these things seem to happen in a batch! my 5D displayed the same problem last weekend, only this time, it didn't hang, but the first frame was black. RATS... and it was a good shot of my son...
