Hi,
I would like to bring two (expensive) hobbies together...aka diving and photography. So I have a D200 that want to learn how to dive... What does it need ? Lens(es) ? 60micro ? Strobe/flash (1 or 2 ?) and most important it does not like water... so need a good casing. Price is not really the issue here, safety of the equipement is (and good photos...). Could you let me know where to buy and what to buy... I have found the name of Oceanic Focus. Anyone else to recommend ? Who is the Cathay photo for underwater ? Thanks Thomas PS: Lenses already in-house 17-35AFS 2.8; 50mm 1.4; 85mm 1.4 (MF); 35-70mm 2.8 |

you could opt for sea&sea housing if you can afford or even seacam, nexus
oceanic focus would be a good place to go, been happy with their after sales services and the range of equipment that they carry and they can advise you more if you would drop by the shop. underwater i think 60mm would be great for Macro and 12-24 for a wide angle 2 strobes would be lovely 4 would be even better ![]() |

If its not too late you can try Email to lester@orpheusdive.com or call 6223 2190 as he is also using the D200 for advice. The dive school have 2 D200 housing for rental, forgot the brand liao but it sure has a good weight and looks well built, black in colour sweet
Dont think they sell but he sure can help as he is very helpful just say you are from CS la he member also![]()

Sea&sea out of stock for his D200 housings. According to andrew Sea&sea isn't producing any more of these as they don't have sufficient global demand. Can give him a call to doublecheck.
