    Default Battery drainage problem

    Hello there

I have been using a Canon Powershot A75 for about 2.5 years. Recently Im experiencing the problem of the batts draining out very quickly. Example I fully charge the batts for a party and I take only bout 50 shots at the party, I cant seem to power on the camera 2 days later. I tried with different sets of batteries and it seems to produce the same results. Can there be a problem with my camera?

    Someone pls advise, thanks.

At first I would suspect that it's the batteries, since batteries have a limited lifetime anyway.
However, as you said that the same thing happens with different batteries.... I think CSC sounds good.
It is the camera, not the photographer.
