    Being receiving these emails lately,

    Hello Sirs,

    We are goverment authorized oversea domain name register service orgnization.

    We received "so-and-so" company's application for internet brand and domain

    "*******.cn/com.cn/net.cn/org.cn".

    But after we check it your company own this trademark .The owner of brand has

    an advantage in registering this domain name by the register principle.

    If you want to protect your company's intellectual property rights please

    contact me.

    Different senders, email received on different dates. Those in asterisks (*) are domain names owned by my company, but only either ".com" or ".com.sg". We have no business in china.

    I've placed all these emails are in my junk folder for now. Your views?

    This is probably the start of a process where they will eventually ask you to buy out your domain name in .cn. Unless you really need to, i think it's a semi scam job, because truthfully nobody really cares about country specific top level doman names.
