There are many places you can get it donw now...I did it at private clinic: LSC (lasik Surgery Clinic), I know SNEC, TTSH and some private docs are all offering the option.

As I have high astig, I have to opt for wavefront which is more costly...$3700. Normal is ~2900. oth eyes.

I am still in recovering stage though I can see OK. Night confirm is not so fast. Cos of lights. Depends on your pupil size too. Bigger=more glare and halo in the night.

Night is ok, not that much different from wearing glasses.
I already did mine for 3 years, spent nearly $5K but well worth it

Starting few months eyes will get dry & gotto put eye drops but after a few months it is ok already. But do note that you gotto still take care of your eyes, there is still a possiablilty of it worsen if you do not take care of your eyes

I have very low degree <100 but with astigmatism...
Wonder if it will be cheaper for me to do Lasik or still very ex...
If very ex then not worth it as I can see even without specs. But if not very ex, i can consider... cos the astig is a pain actually.

all operations got risks. Lasik risks is very low.

But then again even low risk... you never know. Had a friend mum, low risk operation less than 10% risk. End up her mum didnt make it, so sad

Choose a good doc...one that is experienced..can enquire from SNEC or TTSH. In fact, the risk of infection from wearing contact is higher than Lasik.

Depends on your astig. I have zero myopia and only astig. So I have to go for wavefront which is better ( though some may differ) but more costly.

There are lots of complaints in the US but I think it is mainly due to very loose control over there.
