Hi there,
The image is a bit on the soft side. If you are using a zoom lens and you still do a crop, this will usually happen.

just my opinion on how to improve
- i feel it is underexposed. try to expose it a bit longer - try to increase the contrast using CURVES in photoshop - yes the image is soft, use Unsharp Mask in photoshop to sharpen the photo a bit hope this helps ![]() |

1. It's hard to see what this photo is about.
2. The hot air balloon is dizzying. 3. It's night, but the sky is not black. Why is that? |

hi bro and sis,
thanks for all the comments and replies i guess i gotta tell my friend to calibrate the lens. the 70-200 f/4L is not mine. i think the lens is soft. the sky is not black because it was an overcasted night. usually when its overcasted the sky tempts to get slightly reddish. thats to my understanding.

What is the story?
Where is the focus? Windows of Golden Mile Hotel's windows?? Not sure how to comment since it's not really CBD (i.e. those front budilings are all outside of CBD) and the real CBD buildings are blur. |

I don't see this image as being soft. The fog is affecting the contrast and hence, the perception that its not sharp. Go back another day and try again.
