The 2nd one with the black tree is so ghostly!!!
Like from the point of view of a ghost rushing, chasing people running away!
I love the 2nd one, it's beautiful!

Ark, creative shots.. pass some idea to me..

#2 is something the western photog would truely love it... it is creative and moody..
Just my personal opinion.

Bro, my pick #1.

Not only because of the color tone, but there're some cars in front as subject. Less handshake and seems like the car you're in is travelling at a slower speed than #2. So there's some sharpness in the subjects while blurring the trees with the speed.
