    How do i avoid moire when resizing the below image? I'm using PS7.

    Maybe it's gotta do with that whatever bicubic or bilinear or nearest neighbour setting. Play around with it a lil?

    none of the resizing options helped much. in fact, bicubic gave the best results, and that is exactly what i used to resize the picture above.

    How about trying a radial blur or spiral on the circle, the selected area?

    Some pay-to-use "tools" in there.. heard the sharpening tool has quite good feedback from the users..
