    Default Newbie's Night Shot

    Hi

I was at this off shore island in Malaysia, trying to take some pictures of the stars and night scenery. As I was walking back, I saw the dining hall, thought that I just take a pic, and it turns out quite satisfactory.

I did not do any editing. Feel free to comment so that I will know what to watch out in future. Thanks!

    1) Underexposed
    2) No real focus, unless you are simply trying to take a "record shot" sort of thing, in which case there isn't any focus intended anyways

For night shooting you should carry a tripod; especially if you use a compact, else it's Noisezilla heaven. =)

Ya, it's just a record shot, thought the dining hall is quite nice. I did use tripod and remote control. Thanks, will try and improve on my shoots in future.
