It's a very nice shot indeed. Tree made an excellent subject with beautiful calming background with nicely balanced shadows, right place, right time deserve credit too. Might prefer pulling the the shadows of the background just slightly, so the tree could pop out abit more (without affecting the highlights or the foreground blacks). That way, you might get more of the layering mountains at the back.

it's nice. but wish the tree is a little apart from the mountains. i know that is not always possible, becos a certain distance is required for that change of angle and i'm not sure if your standing ground allows that.
