    Don't understand why u use this settings. Or taken without tripod ?

    actually its was on auto 'P' mode, but these are the setting the camera uses.

    oic, should try to use a smaller aperture e.g f/8 to increase the depth of field

    Hee Hee and try a lower ISO if a tripod is available... Lower the amount of noise...

    Use ISO100, f8,3seconds. You should see some nice star effect.. But higher f value = more exposure time = more noise = cannot use hand-held..

    But I think 1.8 is too low... don't think you have enough DoF to cover the building.
