You should make a search on your own first. The subject is discussed many times. In fact, my explorer does part of the job for you, showing similar CS threads automatically on the bottom when I open yours. I believe that is thanks to CS admins. Use available facilities before starting a thread. There are many subjects that has been discussed here and it is better to do your homework first before asking others to do it for you. Ask if you get stuck, will be glad to help, but you have to start on your own.

I also believe this is the wrong place to ask, you should ask admin to move this to "Digital Darkroom". I believe that's where it belongs.

Moving this to the darkroom; you'll elicit more responses over there Ravi.

Use a monitor calibration hardware (eg. Spyder2, EyeOne Display2, etc). Pls do a search here on your topic and you're sure to find what you need.
