Third party ones i'm not so sure but the ST-E2 can be bought from Cathay Photo for around $200+.

the ST-E2 goes for $252 at Oriental Photo i last asked. they do have an array of cheaper Chinese triggers going for 25 to 38 dollars.
but of course, the ST-E2 doubles up as an AF assist lamp while focusing in darker condition. But do note that the AF assist lights will not light up for all AF points, like the older 550EX and 420EX (like those E-TTL1 flashes)
