CV's skopar ones are a tad too slow and the leica Elmarit's are a tad too expensive for me |

Not very sure but I believe the 21 Biogon is around $2000 and the 25 Biogon is around $1800. Overseas cheaper, for example popflash or ebay one of the seller m..... something.

popflash prices look not bad. anyone has any experience with them? What about shipping and GST? Last edited by paisatge; 9th June 2007 at 09:12 PM. |

Out of my 4 ZM lenses, one bought from Germany, 2 locally in Singapore and 1 used from Japan through a friend in HOng Kong. From feedbacks of rangefinder forum, popflash and Matshuyastore seems to have good reputation but I do not have personal experience with both.
Shipping and GST will probably cost u another S$150 by registered mail with insurrance.

Just realised u are from Spain. Then I guess you should try popflash then. U will not get a good deal from Singapore.

Oh, for the Germany puchase I actually bid from ebay the seller shphoto.de. Most of his stuff are expensive anyway unless u can save shipping and taxes from Germany to Spain.

I've checked them out and it's slightly more expensive than popflash, which so far, has the best prices. Thanks

You might want to wait. Tom Abrahamsson let it slip that there may be a new lens from Cosina based on the old 50s 21/4.5 Bigon design coming out later this summer. I'm not sure if it will ve Voigtlander or Zeiss branded, tho.

yes and thanks. the cheapest I've found so far is popflash....even after factoring in the VAT and shipping...works out to be the price quoted by Orient Photo. but I would like to try the CV 28mm f1.9 first and see if I can do without it. I like the CV 21mm f4 which I have now. I like it a lot but on the R-D1, accurate framing become something like guessing and it's a f4.
well, when you change camera with a different crop factor, all the focal length also changes..... ![]() |

no i'm not in the finance sector, i'm a med student. I don't travel to barcelona often but postage within the EU should be quite reasonable and fast and definitely tax free.
