Anyone know how to cut a Cokin P007 (IR) filter to circular size of 39mm so that I can fit it to my 39mm filter?
Is there someone out there with such machine to cut the SQ filter to circular?
Or if u know how can teach me????

Check with your optician, or just go to any optical shop and see if they're willing to cut for you. Plastics and Polys can be cut on their lens cutting machines - did it before. But they will usually not be willing to 'edge' the lens for you if the material is not suitable (will clog up their wheels).
