Default wide lenses and blip bags?

Hi there all,

What would you recommend for an ultra wide lens or semi fisheye lens on a canon body? I am not considering the 14mm from Canon.

At the same time, would anyone know how to reduce the noise level generated from the shutter? I hear there is a kind of bag or case you use to pull over the body so as to eliminate off putting noises from the shutter?

I'm likely to use both advice on a 5D body.
