Hello guys ,
Was wondering , is there any place or anyone that sells a AFTERmarket / 3rd party Tripod collar for the 70-200 F4 L or the 100mm Macro lens ? Cause to be hornest , to pay something like $230 for a tripod collar for the 100mm Macro Lens is a little bit or rather overpriced ... Anyone could help me out pls . Thanks |

70-200 f4 L> u can order the tripod collar from Canon Singapore. It cost ard S$150 and takes abt 3 weeks to ship.

Should be cheaper than the RRP for sure.. But still its rather exp for a piece of metal. Im sure there is some cheap china imitation out there somewhere.. There are alot of third party canon hoods alr.. |

huh.. u really need a tripod collar for 100mm macro? definitely paying $230 for one is not worth the price. almost like half the price of a 100mm macro non-usm (if it's a canon)

yeap , thats why i think its just plain crazy to pay like $100+ for a piece of metal .... And moreover i can make do with a cheaper third party ones as its suppose to serve the same purpose . So might as well look for a third party one IF the third party one is half the price
If its just $20 - $30 bucks difference , then might as well get the original ones . ![]() |
