Can Cokin filters be used on LEE filter holder?

To add on my last comment on your "other" thread on NDs, based on this link:

if you schroll down the page, it "seems" that you could use Cokin filters on Lee filter holder. Don't take their word for it though; do more searches or check with Cathay Photo because I know Cathay Photo used to or is still carrying both Lee & Cokin.

yes. Z-pro, but CP do not carry Z-pro.
