Damned, my laptop's tablet isn't pressure sensitive.... only good thing is that I don't need to change batteries.

Hi, would like to know what's the difference between the A5 & A6 (besides the size), if my monitor's resolution is 1440 x 960, what's the correct size to buy? many thanks!!

It's really just the size. Since you're using 1440 x 960, I assume it's a wide screen. In that case, go for the A5 wide.

but even for the consumer models. they have the 1024 levels of pressure...

so i cant see why wacom cant do the same for their graphire models.

and genius is selling a fraction of the price... i believe wacom is over pricing their stuffs.

ya!i also saw the genius one at challenger but i'm not sure if it's mac compatible. Anyone has experience with the genius tablet? really not sure whether to get the wacom or the genius. If it's just about looks being ugly and nothing else, i'll get the genius then.

just an update: I got the wacom intuos A5 wide, its pretty cool

just taking my time to get used to it and then like what most wacom users say, get hooked to it!

Hmm any seasoned wacom users? Maybe can share tips and tricks on some shortcuts of using this in Windows/Photoshop/Premiere/... ??

One thing i just found out is that unless drawing, i found the mouse mode instead of pen mode to be better moving around windows

I use mouse mode most of the time.

Anyway, here's a trick for greater accuracy when u're using ur pen.

    "LOOK AT THE SCREEN"

Intuos 3 is fantastic. But, the pen grip design is bad. I find is quite broad to hold comfortably when working long hours using it. Just look at the bamboo pen design. The grip size is pretty nice to hold for working long hours. So does the older version of Intuos pen models. Just my POV.
