    hmm, those cleaned or uncleaned?

    it's called 粉肠.
    that's how it got this name cos of the powdery texture on the inside.

    I suspect is digested food, last time never thought of it and think it's sweet and nice to eat .

    IIRC, 粉肠 are the fallopian tubes... you won't find them in long lengths and always curved.
