    Hiya.. liddat can buy a D80 kit already.. wif almost enuf change to buy another 50mm prime lens. Thou i trust sigma lens is better than d80 kit lens, but I dun think have much diff. And since its not VR, IMO 200mm kinda difficult to use in most conditions leh... unless wif tripod or have super steady hands.

    Any other added lens to either brand camera can be expensive if you want a good one.

    The lens that come with the Sony A100 kit are made better than the ones that come with the 400D kit.

    Try them both and see if you notice the difference by slowly zooming the 75 to 300mm lens of both brands.

    Also the Sony 18 to 70mm lens in the kit has a bit more use than the 10 to 55mm of the 400D.

    Oh, did I mention the price required to have image stabilized lens for the others

    If you want more warm colors out of your camera, get the Nikon D40x.
