Where to buy new or near new D70s or D50

Hi,
I have a collection of Nikkor AF lens and want to take the plunge into the DSLR field and currently the only choice will be to go with the D80, which I can't afford. And the D40 won't work with my lens.

Are there any shops that might still stock D70s or D50? If you can let me know the price as well it'll be great.

I'm from Australia and will ask my sister to get it for me that's why.

You might want to ask at Harvey Norman, they might have a bit of D70s left.

sry ts hijack ur thread alittle.any idea places like J3:16 or T K photo still carrying them.and the price wise ? =D

I am sure it is possible to get it here and there...

But i really wont recommend. These are probly old stock...

You are paying good new prices for old technology, the vendors are not gonna be selling cheap since they know there is still demand..

Best if you can save up for a D80 or if you must have a D50/70 off the 2nd hand market..

A D50/70 goes for 500~650 depending on condition and package.
