Are Domke bags cheaper in HK?

Hi everyone,

Will be heading off to sunny HK tomorrow. Are Domke bags cheaper in HK?

Cos I saw the prices at Cathay which were like 211 for F3x and 260+ for the rest...i checked out tin cheung, and the F3x is about $150sgd only.

the question is, are the list prices at Cathay accurate? Or must ask for discount?

Would appreciate if anyone could let me know the street price for domke bags F3, F4 and F6...thanks!

Oh, anyone wants anything from HK?

CP's price tags are not the selling price

can anyone tell me what's the price after discount at CP? i checked out the price list in the Bags sticky, and it was the CP list price.

i am looking for the F3X and the F2...

If you checked the pricelist in clubsnap then that is the correct price. F3x IS around tt price...i thougt it was 220 though..so 211 somewhere there...which is still more ex than hongkong..HK definitely cheaper la, there was a thread that was talking about the same thing...so yes, it is worth it to go hk to buy...haha

ah ok..thanks for clearing that up!

thought there would be more substantial 'discount'..like 20% or something like that to capitalize on the tourists. hehe. didn't know its only 5%. as you can see..i've never bought anything from Cathay...hehe.

maybe i should buy a few and sell here? make everyone happy..haha

yes..there is discount..but that is with regards to the pricetag on the bags in the stores..f3x pricetag is around 260 for your info...and yes, domke stuff more or less have about 20% off the price on the tag..i mentioned 220 cause that was wad i was quoted last time when i went to the shop and look, not sure how the other person got 211 though..maybe without gst or something..yep...the price in the clubsnap pricelist are the prices quoted by the shop / or equote...(in other words after the "discount" off the price on the tag..)

The price in the list is before GST.. so 220 is still correct yeah.. I am still considering whether J3 or f3x now.. so I am now using my J2 most of the time
