Casio EX-S600

Hi all,
need a help from the expert here...

If a CCD of the above camera is damaged(heard its some banding thingy, not sure wats tat also

), would u recommend to repair/change the CCD or to get a new camera instead?

Please advice...

if its under warranty its a most probably a free repair

else,
u shld call them up and ask how much for the repair,
den u go weigh ur options
