    Can you try moving round with your hands on the ground instead of walking?

    This will give the legs the needed rest.

    more exercises now might aggravate your current condition and you might get injured. do some light stretching everyday, and start your exercise again when the pain is more or less gone. the idea is to start with a comfortable pace and increase the intensity of exercise over time.

    Actually I beg to differ.... Normally muscle ache is due to never exercise for a long period of

    time. When sexercise too vigoriously, then u hab a prob. Muscles become too tense up and

    tight. U need to exercise even harder to stretch the muscle and relieve the pain.

    If leg cramp, try climbing stairs. Do it slowly that u can feel the pain in the legs.

    Trust me, although it hurts alot at that moment, but after a good nite rest next day will be

    ok.

    don't force yourself to walk around and never apply those hot rubbing cream or gel to muscles if it really is torn muscle.. it might increase the blood flow to those broken capillaries in the muscles and would make more harm.. should take plenty of rest and put a packet of ice around the injured muscle.. alternatively you can use a bag of frozen peas..

    hmm.. drink lots of water to drain the latic acid..
    massage also helps..
    yoko soso lah..
    icing also.. reduce swell
    elevating it above your chest level.. maybe not..

    might take almost 1 week to not feel any pain

    oya.. meat will help in the recovery also
