Was passing by Bugis here in Singapore, where there's a publicity event for a Raine Yang. Fans stood in anticipation behind barricades waiting for her to appear.

Most likely everyone is out having fun on a public holiday. Well, the black and white conveys the mood, the blur background still shows the crowd in wait. Good capture.
