    Question How to find shutte count - Canon ??

    Hi, U guys know how to find the shutter count of Canon 400D?? Any software that helps to find shutter count??

    the best is to bring it back to canon service centre to have it verified.

    AFAIK no for 400D.

    You need to bring your 400D to Canon service center to let them retrieve the shutter count for you.

    actually i just let my 400d name my files according to running number and from there i can keep track of it. during pp in lightroom i then just export them named with whatever tags i want.

    Yeah i agree. Just take note of the file number.
    Canon EOS 5D, 24-70 f/4 L IS, 50 f/1.2 L, 70-300 f/4-5.6 L IS, 600EX-RT. Sigma 12-24 f/4.5-5.6 EX.

    the most accurate way to find out is give 20bucks to CSC and CSC use their software to find out for u.. There is no software to find out shutter count for canon cams according to CSC.

    Only the 1D series can check from cam itself.
    Canon EOS 5D, 24-70 f/4 L IS, 50 f/1.2 L, 70-300 f/4-5.6 L IS, 600EX-RT. Sigma 12-24 f/4.5-5.6 EX.

    I think doing this is not really necessary cos can track the count by yourself by taking note of the file numbers. Even if rich investing in a 1D series is also not necessary unless u really need the speed.
