Hi guys/gals,
Anyone able to ID the ray? Spotted at Dayang last weekend. Looks like it's pregnant. *Sorry for the OT since it's not really related to photography* |

Porcupine ray, Urogymnus asperrimus. Feeds on fish (wrasses) and crabs hiding in the sand. Is considered rare. Good find

Anyway, the ray was spotted at: Dive Site: Dayang Tip Depth: 8-12m (Shallow) Also, there are loads of triggers there. Becareful. |
