Default New here! Anyone would like to help?

Hey fellow alternative photographers, well recently my cousin gave me his old LC-A and to be honest, i'm a total newbie into lomography. Would like to ask if you guys have any advise into like what film to use, any recommendation on photo labs?

I've seen alot of threads with xpro and scanning done in photo labs. Just wondering, how does one xpro? Does the lab do the developing and cross processing for you? Sorry if i do ask silly questions!

Well i do hope i didn't tick you guys off, cause i'm moving into a different style of photography after staying in the digital age for some time.. Thanks guys!

Hi pillarofautumn,

I have no idea of what you're talking about, thought you needed some general help as the subject of your thread was not very specific....so just popped in!! Anyways now that i entered your thread here's wishing you a big welcome to CS...you'll love every minute here!

And oh...no need to be so apologetic...some forummers are indeed quite blunt & aggressive but most(99.99%) are very very friendly & fun spirited...so don't be worrried about the former...if they ever pop in to "give it to you" feel free to "give it back" !! haha

Cheers mate...hope someone is able to answer your queries better than i did!

try reading up on the FAQs abt x-processing. as for labs, much has been mentioned here and in other sub-forums of CS.
