    which would be better/usefull?

    Depends.

    Fisheye is more compact, and has a nice distortion effect, if you like that sort of thing. It's also cheaper. Ultrawide angle rectilinear lenses are pretty expensive and very big, but have little or no distortion. This is important for architectural shooting eg interior design.

    If you are using a DSLR, you can have the best of both worlds with a fisheye, because you can correct the distortion digitally using Pano Tools, which is a freeware PS plugin.

    was eyeing on sigma fisheye 15mm, but guess it wont be that fun. if gonna used it on dslr...*damn focal multiplier*

    any advise?

    in fact you should get the Fisheye... with the multiplier, it's just 27mm.. but you get interesting picture from it. ^.^

    was it' 27mm not 22.5, since my multiplier is 1.5,

    man, how much u bought ur sigma 15mm fisheye?
