hehe...newbie is because not much chance to shoot this kind of performance and those keep changing spot lights really make me hard to meter the exposure (use manual mode).

Overall, a refreshing take.. nice!

I recognise you. You were carrying a nikon with a long tele lens and changed to a wide angel nearer to the start of the show.

Actually if not because I had seen the first night fireworks, I won't be able to capture this scene also, because I had planned where should I stand before the fireworks started, and this shot is the only one looks fine to me after I press for 20 over pictures. haha..me still need to learn a lot on events shooting
