Use to frequent the one at Dover Road hawker centre during my previous job. Not sure if it's still there though. The prawn mee is super man!

YES! That one very good! But bugis one close down long ago liao leh.... The eunos one close down n reopen again. But I still think the eunos one is the best. Most of the time I go, is the boss fried one.

Sad to say, his staff still can't do as good a job as him....

BTW, there is oso one in joo chiat area, operated by his son, but Lao Peh one still better

Where is kims in Eunos? Is it at the coffeeshop or hawker centre near the MRT? Thanks!

At the junction of jalan eunos & jalan kechot. One building by itself. Looks juz like any old school coffee shop.

If driving, drive slowly arh. Heavy traffic, once u miss it, have to make very big detour....

Yeah the Beach Rd one is good

Never tried the Old Airport Rd one -- heard of it but didn't know which stall, will try it out one of these days.

There is a very good one located at one of the coffeeshops around the Ang Mo Kio Library.

    What's my definition of "good"?

As they say in cooking, the secret lies in the sauce.

Good Hokkien Mee uses a seafood sauce in which plenty of pork bones and meat have been simmered over the fire for hours.

The noodles absorb the sauce, that's why it tastes so YUMMY!

Nam Sing old airport road... its good but i feel its overrated... nowadays its hard to find the same hokkien mee standard like the old days likewise for the rest of the hawker food... pity the next generation...
