Sigh... It's Monday again...

This was taken last year during a photoshoot for my company.. After taking a series of happy smiling shots, I thought some sian sian looking shots would be nice. Hence I shot this and like it the most. Am a newbie, so hope to get comments on how can I improve, particularly regarding the lighting.. Thanks!

try a tighter crop for effect.

Looks a like soft...
Try a bounced flash the next time, it may be less harsh.
