Default Chasing the Storm...

Was on my way home when I observed flashes of lightning in the gloomy sky along the coast of Malaysia. So I hurried back home to set up my equipment by my window and try capturing the storm.

It is not easy as we cannot anticipate when and where is the lightning going to strike next. So I set my remote to time interval mode and start chasing after the storm...

Amazing bro!

You've actually managed to capture colud-to-cloud lightning!

This is in fact more difficult to capture than cloud-to-ground lightning.

Lady luck must have been smiling on you; right place, right time, right conditions.

Pic #4's my fav.

Bro, very nice
One thing is to know the technique to capture lightning and another is lady luck shining on you.
You were blessed with both.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Teerex,

Thanks for your comments.
Was quite lucky to catch a few shots. Still experimenting actually.
