instructors are friendly, price are the CHEAPEST for the P.C members than any where else... the Monochrome, Basic and Nature are HIGH in Demand... the OutDoor and studio portrait are constant....

    My friend,

if u think that your basice is poor, spend some time, take up basic to "refresh" yourself... if u think u have KNOWN basic, go for monochrome course to understand about printing... it will help u to see subject better when u are in darkroom printing... from there, u will know, coping in camera is better then croping in darkroom...

if u think u have reach the above level, go for your interest in whichever field,ie, nature, portrait,etc... then think about the pro level... if u want to jump to pro level when u don't even msater the basic, u will have trouble taking the pro courses...

the pros WILL NEVER have the time in teaching u the basic....

Although I've learnt the fundamentals of photgraphy from my friends, I think I'll need to start from basic first...

But I'm still unsure which to go for....to be taught by a mentor with 16 yrs experience or to go for a course with an accomplished school...

actualyl a cheap and good way that you can learn on your own schedule is to borrow the extensive range of photography books from the local libraries. they have a pretty good range of books from beginner to the specialist topics.

maybe cheap shoud be replaced with "free"

    :P
