Default what do you charge your clients for 4R prints.

A client needs me to quote for 4R prints of an event.
Most of my projects have been on digital (thus CD).

Just want to check with you guys, what's the market now for 4R prints (event shoot). I do not wish to undercharge and spoil market.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks.

$1-$1.50 depends on volume I guess. Just factor in how much time you need to get the prints out/how much you want to earn in terms of /hr in that time?

$1 for more than 100, $5 for less than 100

remember to add the cost of the album and refills if you have to assemble one.

Well, perhaps you should stagger your charges with smaller gradations instead? Any logical commercial entity can easily see where the price point changes.

Thank you guys for your input on this. Was looking in that region to charge (between $1.50 to $3.00), but wasn't too sure. And I don't want to spoil the market for event photographers.

    Thanks all!
