I have problem with my 350D it happen when I shot with RAW + JPEG underwater set at ISO 400 . only photo shot with RAW having this problem but photo in JPEG format is fine.

Wow.. banding so bad at ISO400 on RAW?

maybe use the canon software to open ur raw instead? or u might want to send it to CSC for a check up

could it be that the RAW converter software you used automatically pushed up the exposure value?
i get this too if the photo is super under-exposed, and i push up the exposure to +2 or more perhaps you can show us the jpg as well? |

Really. I checked the jpeg format again , it is really super under-exposed. other photos with better exposure is fine in both format.
