The shots are too loose to give much impact.
I can't see any flow in this series. Were there any goals scored? What was the outcome of the game? How big was the game?Take into consideration all these details and it'll give better coverage of the game. And captions might probably help more than titles.Gives us more info about the game. |

huh... Err honestly speaking i won't hide the fact that I know nuts abt soccer... Well i would try here, the game progressed with RJ having very very good oppurinities 'from my noob eyes' however so, they somehow managed to screw the thing up before the ball actually sinks in the net. With a strong line of defence played by the MJ players, skill and tact was needed to bypass them, however so their team was equally balanced out with their strikers. I would had just said they were impotent. Sounds crude, but thats how i see it. XD With the ever increasing players falling injuries oso escalated, which i think caused the game to end with a score of 0-0.

the pictures are too small. would be much better with bigger images and sharper shots.
keep shooting. try to shoot the audience too next time. look for those "expressions" shots. |

Yeah, it is definitely JJC on it's new astro-turf.
nigel84, it will be good if you can shoot from the running tracks which is nearer to the field. Shooting at a higher ISO higher than 200 might yield better photos, since you are shooting after 4pm and lighting conditions ain't very good. The current shots are too loose, and quite a few are out of focus. Keep shooting. ![]() Last edited by flash77; 6th May 2007 at 06:36 PM. |

I think the pics are all OOF (AI servo may help - Canon system). For soccer match you may want to show the ball too. Else very hard for people to know what they are doing. For sport photography, you need to understand the sport a little, so that you can anticipate the actions that are coming up, and get ready for it.

Some folks might have laughed their teeth when you're shooting in broad daylight. Especially if you're not using a 400mm big gun that weighs in excess of 5kg.
