How do i create a fisheye lens effect on the photo i have taken??

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if i m able to create a fisheye lens effect on the photos i have taken using Adobe Photoshop Element 4.0??

Try Filter->Distort->Spherize..
But be warned that it's nothing compared to the real thing.
