Found a 2nd Hand 35-100 f2 in Hong Kong... worth getting?

I managed to find a someone selling a 2nd hand 35-100 f2 in one of the 2nd hand camera shops in hong kong. I think just about 3k . Condition is Excellent+, is it really worth the 3k? I just got a fisheye though so thinking hard about it.

It is about 3.7k in SG brand new, but I think brand new prices in HK are slightly cheaper than in SG.

Did you check price of brand new unit in Hong Kong? I am not sure about hong kong but I know that this lens is going for about S$3.2K brand new in Japan.

i got mine brand new from cathay $3200. no need to buy 2nd hand.
