Eh thinking the same. let me guess.... the latest model would be on the track racing?

It would be nice to have the mclaren mp4/20 and ferrari f2003GA on display too.

I saw the 2007 car one at KLCC a few days before the race. Never see any other cars.

Guess the exact design (surface, angle of tilt, etc) of these cars' nose cone, wings, deflectors, etc. etc are ALL closely guarded SECRETS. So other than when they are out racing, they will not allow the cars to be seen "naked" (without covering up those parts).

Perhaps that's why we will NEVER see a current race model on display, especially a fully intact one... Max they allow is last season's car - if we're lucky. Else, it could be from 2/ 3 seasons ago...

looking at the colour and desing of the car, it is definitely at least 2 or 3 seasons ago's model. anyway, as though if they were to display the latest model, there will be jokers going to bother to go there to take measurements of the body parts? i doubt very much so.

They can if they want, with limitations on engines & tyres and soon traction control. F1 now all boils down to Aerodynamics, showing off the latest car would mean showing Ur secrets to the world
