It's definitely a very awesome photo, full of emotionality, and most importantly, it tells a story to the viewer without needing any words.

its just so beautiful and sad beyond words... my favorite the mother drops to the floor but if you look at the details.. she still holding her son hands... oh God...

Very meaningful work. Byer must have gotten very close to the family and felt the mixture of feelings. The photographer herself became an instrument of communication
