    u know wat ? after looking at the pics.. the most beautiful ship is our very own frigate ! the shape and design looked so pleasing to the eyes. equipped with Aster missile system rite ? heard it is the best naval missile in europe now... good job ! our paid taxes are well invested.

    Yup, right on!!! Its the Aster 15 and from what I have seen onboard, there are room for upgrades and add-on for SAM. The bridge is luxuriously spacious, did'nt like the dark green colour inside the bridge though. RSN has arrived!!!! I am proud of this frigate.

    Panasonic is not allowed for the Navy open house, just Nikon and Canon camera.

    It's a public event and you can bring any camera.

    Yup, this 40 is mounted on a Sri Lanka patrol vessel, quite unusual and interesting to note.
