Just realised that in the kopi sessions, there are people from different walks of life who love photography but shoots really different things. So here is a poll about you, and what you enjoy shooting most! And maybe share with everyone why you are so into this form of photography.
Share! Share! Share! ps: Serious amateurs usually shoots better than the pros. The pros only shoot "safe" images to please their pay masters, so in time, the creativity gets crammed. So please don't be shy... I know there are a few professional photographers among us, but let the hobbyists and serious amateurs share their love for the art! |

I like to do experimentation...while "Abstract and Arty" comes close to what I do, I always like trying something new; if I shoot the same thing more than once I become bored; if you had to summarize the type of photography I do under a heading, it would be "Experimentation". I always like trying new filters (like a Windmill filter for instance) and new techniques. Some examples (I hope to add more during the summer):

You need IR as a category! =(
But then again 4/3 system is what, Panny and Oly right. I think not so good for IR. ![]() |

Now I know what else I forgot!!! Aiyah... sorry IR and architectural photographers... but please state as others... paiseh paiseh! Totally forgot about this. But then again IR falls under Arty and architectural is not really a part of 4/3 because until now, there are no Perspective Control lenses for the 4/3 cameras. So technically it is not a "supported" category. Architectural detail photography falls under Macros anyway. Last edited by microcosm; 25th April 2007 at 08:58 AM. |

No underwater for me. Experiments and almost anything else in between the Earth's surface and the Moon. Not a pro, so I can afford to do whatever I like to do, as long as I am happy with it.
