I am using it for commercial use, I stated it clearly before hand.

If you can show me that yr work is worth $2K, I will pay for it.

it's just a different way to package a payment.

just wanna get some facts clear.

my idea foto is not those food shots used in hawker stall but rather those cook shot or coffee table shots.

I cannot be giving kuehs to anyone who turn out at my stall claiming they wanted to take fotos for me right?

anyone, including professionals can participate. Price of photos selected are determine by photographs themselves. If i really like the fotos, I dun mind paying the prices for it. Btw, price includes all copyright of the foto.
