Default lifespan of film

gonna be doing 2 weddings albums for friends, with about 3 weeks in between the weddings.
shooting with tmax 100 and a fm2n.

let's say i plan to shoot 16 for the first wedding,
would it be possible and feasible to keep the film inside the camera and finish it on the 2nd?
or would it be advisable to keep just waste the film on the first.

and for the matters, just how long can a tmax film be kept in the camera?

sildes can't be kept so long inbetween. not sure about b&w film.

no blanal talk, looking for practical experience here.
thanks very much

You don't have to worry about B/W film - it is only colour film that will suffer colour shift if not kept at optimal temperatures or kept too long. It is only 3 weeks - there is nothing to worry about.

Then again if your rolls aren't from the same batch of slide or colour film, the point is moot anyway. As colours are slightly different batch to batch. That is why Pros used to buy in slabs of 50/100 rolls - one bec it is cheaper and two bec of colour differences bet batches - buying in bulk would ensure that the rolls are from the same batch.
