Hello everyone,
I am thinking of practicing my photography skills on May Day. Anyone interested to join me? I have yet to finalised where and what to shoot. Maybe, some kind souls here will be able to give some suggestions. Currently I'm thinking of a walkabout shoot at Kampong Glam. Any other suggestions are welcome. Doesn't matter what camera you are using and how long you have been shooting. All are welcome as I always believe that we will always learn something from each other in every outing. Thanks.

Maybe we can walk about in Shenton Way/Singapore River/Esplanade area. It seems interesting but got lots of walking to do. ![]()

although i am not a confirmed attendee at the moment, i can assure you that shenton way / raffles place is a good place to shoot on a public holiday..
like a ghost town!! totally no 'human pollution' in the pictures.. |

Just post the final place. Probably its better if we go outside the city skirts - places not seen before. ![]()

Wow.
Response is Here's a summary of the suggestions: 1) Kampong Glam 2) Raffles Place/City 3) Kampong Lorong Buangkok 4) Istana/Orchard So let's decide on the location now.

Maybe can merge to cover the City Centre area & Kg Glam.
It'll be a lot of walking. May start early & end late in the late afternoon or early evening type.

Kampong Lorong Buangkok may be too far for a few of us especially when we do not drive. Well, will see how's the response and preferences from the others before deciding.
